| I rode last Saturday with a variety of RZRs, 08, 09, 2010, 2011s. I have 2011 S LE. Friends riding with me had gas lights blinking after some hard 50 plus miles of riding. Me and another 2011 still had well over half a tank... Is new computer mapper that much better...? | |

| it makes the motor run leaner , and thats why it burns less fuel.... they also changed the combustion chamber in the 2011's and that may have helped too. but that is also why the 2011's run hotter than the older RZR's.... cause they run leaner. | |

| The 11s have a completely different, throttle body and computer and head work which make them a lot more efficient than previous years\. Ive always carried gas and after 50-60 miles had the flashing speedo, but my 11 will go that like yours and still have plenty of bars left so im not carrying extra gas on regular rides anymore. | |

| Mine is an 08' and I get any where from 80 to 100 miles on a tank depending on how hard I'm on the gas. I have filled it back up and it still had a gallon or two left. It seems to be an art to get the tank to hold the full 7 and such gallons. | |

| 2011s do get alot better mileage, but they do have a larger fuel tank too. Ive rode from the parking lot to the flats in my 09 and had to put gas in it on the way back. I did it in my 11 and had plenty to spare when i got back. | |

Sorry RZR340 , the gas tank is the same size...... we have checked them. and also the specs say so..... 7.2 gallons. gunny has a 11 and i got a 09 and they hold the same amount of gas according to the gas pump.... | |
