Subject: Delrin Bushings Sun May 22, 2011 1:50 am
Well the Delrin rear bushings lasted about 375 miles in the rear. I notest the right rear wheel had play in it. and that's what it was .....
Didn't have time to order and get them from UTV crap So i just put a stock set of bushings in it for now. Fixed.......
And Greased the Shit out of them .. if not they will squeak like shit , and i ant having it...

yes. the passenger side had play at just under 2000 and the drivers side is still stock. the drivers side front and rear need the bearings changed and hope to do that in a week or 2. i also am still running the stock front brake pads but have changed the rear 2 times.

The right rear bushings is what wore out on mine. Seems the right side wears more than the left. My left side is still good and tight....
My left rear wheel bearing is bad it wont hardly roll.... going to change it today. Gunny found a Dodge bearing at autozone that is an exact match. and its better bearing than stock. so i may get one of them...

2700 miles on mine. Drivers side are good passenger ones need to be replace. I also replace the passenger side bearings at around 1800 miles. Drivers side is still good. I know for me I tend to push mine harder when cornering to the passenger side. I also try to put the passenger side in mud and try to leave the drivers side dry, where thats possible. I would say these two are the reasons, for me, the passenger side bearings and bushings wear quicker.

Bearing was not bad after all... it was the slides on the brake calipers were sticking...
