| I have a 2011 RZR S. It is 9 months old with about 700 miles on it. I found out today that the right front lower A arm bushings are already wore out. The top and the left side are ok as far has I can tell. Now that I have to replace that one Im going to relpace all of them so is this normal and also any suggestions on new ones Thanks | |

| IMO the rights wear quicker because I push mine harder to that side. If you dont order new bolts too, the bushings will wear a lot quicker. It doesn't take much to have them flopping in the bushings. .002 to .003 thousands of wear, on the bolts, makes a huge difference. A lot of folks like the delrin bushings because the dont squeak and some say the last longer. My problem with the delrin ones are, they shrink and expand, with heat and cold, and have less give, than say a polyurethane bushing. I like to ride hard and polys are the best choice for me and I have tried them both. If your riding style is slow and easy riding the delrin may be the better choice. Either way get the bolts, or you will be replacing them in 300 to 400 miles. | |

| Thanks Nocerisdave I have not thought about the bolts. The sad part is in 9 months we have been to Coal Creek 2 times and a few dirt parks like Durham Town most of the time. I dont race, Jump, ride in deep mud, We go fast when we can but most of the time just what I call regular trail riding. This is my first RZR S and Im kinda disappointed that the bushings did not last a year. I like my ride but it still sucks. | |

| Your welcome. I have 3 K on mine and I have replace them once. On my Rhino I replace them twice in 5 K miles. I am kinda rough on mine, acutaly I am very rough on it. I got about 2 K miles out of the OEM set. I think the key is Lube for one Silicone or graphite is best IMO. Ive only used silicone on the RZR. I spray every bushing down prior to every ride. Prior or 1-2 hours being the key IMO. Probably the worst thing that can be done IMO, is to point a pressure washer toward a bushing. Just forces the crap down in there. | |
