ok my front end started making the clicking sound sat so i tore it apart last night and its the damn break pads rattlen around. any of you guys had this problem or know of any way to fix it? ive tried adjustin the brakes and i had to same as lock them down to get the noise to stop.

its the inside pad on the caliper piston... yes1
clean the back of the pad and the piston , then put a dab of silicone
on the pad where it makes contact on the piston. put it back together.
lock the brakes if you have a park brake for about a hafe hour.
then release. and adjust the adjustment screw in on the back of the caliper
til the brakes start to drag , then back off a 1/4 turn. do each wheel.
then your done. no more clacking....... 431114

alright ill try that. im not real good with brakes how do you get the pads off? and its both pads that are rattlen.

If you plan on working on your rzr, buy a shop manual, it tells you everything, i couldnt get by without mine 431114

dealer has them in book form, or you can usually get a dvd version on ebay cheap or try here

Take the two bolts off holding the caliper on. pull it off.
the pads are on two pins. squeeze the piston back in the caliper.
you can do this with a pair of channel locks. pull the slide bracket away from
the caliper. it will slide on the pins witrh rubber sleeves . you will see what i am talking about when you get it off.
slide the pads to the open ends of the pin , you will see there is just enough room to slide
the pads off...... 431114
