| I went with 12" ITP T7 beadlocks and ITP Bajacross 26" tires, hope it gives me more out of the whole power, the race course doesn't have a section for top speed and it is very smooth, so clearance and top speed isn't an issue. I will run BH28"s for trail riding. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]First race of the season is tomorrow at Durhamtown, I am doing the 3 hour endurance race. | |

| Thanks, I had them on my 800 too. I had ordered another set of Douglas Diablos 3 months ago, come to find out they are still on back order, so I had to get what I could for this race tomorrow. | |

| WE WON 1st PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Funny thing is we were the only ones in our class. Which is really odd because last year our class was the largest class out there. I guess the cold weather and the races in California was why there wasn't anybody there in our class. We ran a total of 7 laps in 3 hours, we didn't have any issues and my tire set up worked perfectly, they really hook up and slide just the right amount before catching. There was 30 racers in 5 different classes, I hope next time we will have some competition, but if not we will still be in the money. They are holding 10% of the pot for the Championship purse at the end of the season | |

| It is a race series Durhamtown Plantation is putting on. There is a total of 7 races in 2012. They have 5 ironman classes, UTV, Stock 800, Mod 800, Stock 900, Unlimited (Run whatcha Brung). We are in the Sportsman Multi Vehicle Class. It can be any 2 sxs's or trophy Karts, you basically take turns running laps, my team mate usually starts off and we alternate every lap. After his first lap he comes into the pits after getting his lap time marked, tags off with me and I take off doing a lap, then come back in and he takes off.
It is alot of fun and alot less abuse on you and your machine having a team mate. We both have navigators riding with us. Each lap is between 10 and 14 miles. The race is 3 hours long from the time you start, the goal is to get as many laps in as you can in the 3 hours, we did 7 laps on the last race.
In the morning they race a GP style track made especially for sxs's. I think the run 5 laps with 2 motos, same classes but no sportsman multi vehical class. They have the track set up with big step ups, step downs, and doubles, it was fun watching everyone air out their rides. | |
