I think its a step in the right direction..Just wonder how difficult it would be to put a hillard front diff in it. Im still not happy with the hillard diff in the polaris because they will still pop and slip when stressed but for now its better than can ams.

That pop and slip could actually be something they dezigned into it or maybe got lucky. It lets me know to ease up a little something is about to break. 971386

It looks to be a good step for Can Am. I am all for the Sport SXS market getting more competition. It should result in better quality and reliability overall. I wish the Jap makers would throw their hats in the segment.

I have never owned a Commander but I have owned several Can Ams and I can tell you the front diff SUCKS! I have been going through some deep mud and didn't want to get covered so I would try to ease through. The problem was I only had 3 wheel drive. I would have to stand on the gas to make the 4th wheel pull. Needless to say I would be covered in mud. It is a shitty design from a shitty company.

I have heard my S front diff make some noise but I have NEVER heard my XP do it. My S had the good sprague and billet pinion cover but still sometimes it would make that noise but it never broke.
