For home defense,I found this great ,or mean as hell looking shotgun--the escort gladius tac 20ga. or 12 ga.you can buy pump or auto at a not to bad of a price, that is if you are intrested in such thngs,if not ignore this post..

Some great pictures and videos at legacysports .com

Searched for dealers close to me and found, according to search, Gander mt. carries this brand, also can be order on line, and I'm sure your favorite gun shop could get this gun..

NO-I'm not pushing this gun or brand, was looking for a tac shotgun and liked the looks and it had some good reveiws--Just saying! 3859 3859

Went down to the local gun store today(not in stock) but they ordered me the mossberg 500 tac. 9 shot 12 ga. pump, with 20" barrel said it will be in thursday. I still like the looks of the Gladius semi auto 20 ga.may still buy one some day...

Also bought a mossberg 715 .22 cal. rifle that comes with a 25 round clip..this .22 looks just like the AR15/M16, I guess me buying this is what is called an impulse buy, will get this thursday also because I would have to pay for two TBI back ground checks if you pick up the guns at different times...Go figure..

Chris that is one bad ass looking killing machine..would not want to be on the receiving end of either shotgun shown...

Thanks Hank...  431114  But to be honest , i would not want to be on the receiving
end of any 12 gauge , even if it was and old single shot......  lol!
it would not be pretty......  cheers

Congrats on new shotgun , you will love it...  431114

Chris will know about the gun come thursday been looking at some trick it out items on the's net, they carry lots of things for the 500's even  at wal mart..One thing about the 9 shot,if you ever decide to hunt with it,it will require a long plug as TWRA allow only three rounds in a shotguns..

Yes i like my 18 inch barrel , it will still hold up to 6 3 1/2 inch shells , 5 in the tube and one in the pipe. 431114
I didn't buy for hunting it is a man stopper at close range. If i can't get the job done with 6 Magnum shells.
I got 6 more on the side. If that don't stop the threat you need to turn around and run like hell....  lol!

yea Chris I'm already thinking I might should have went for the 18" barrel, the extra 1.5" could get in the way if things turned sour fast. But guess since I still have the AR I could use it,the intruders maybe laughing so hard at the pink handles, stock, and foregrip they would be easy picking 729242 lol!
