I too think I will stick with Polaris for now. That thing is not so pleasing to the eyes.

I think there has been some sincere thought and good engineering behind it. It looks to be an awesome ride, but before we really know, we got to wait and see how this thing does out on the trail. I thought long and hard about this side x side but I'm holding on to my RZR long enough to see what Polaris comes back to answer with. Heck, the only thing I dont like about buying anything new is putting that first scratch on it. I just dont know if that can-am could handle my abuse....

Thats exactly why I will wait at least 2 years and let someone else workout the unknown bugs of this thing. I hope they learned their lessons from the atv's they built that had so many frame issues, and put a frame under these things that can handle the power.

Looks about like i thought, rzr like, im not interested being they get close to 11 grand for their atv this thing will probably msrp at about 16-17k. I agree 2 years before we know if it will hold up to abuse.

I'll stick with my RZR. I dont like the trailing arm rear suspension for one and the looks are not the best to me either, a dump bed on a sport utv. 729242

Well , i dont really like the way it looks.
some things look a little cheep.

So i will stay with the RZR.... 431114

Besides , I don't want to have to change the name of the site.
Southern Can-AM riders.com just don't do it for me.......... 729242

Also the first thing i would have to do , is send it to Tim and
have it painted silver with black stripes lol!

and thay were not thinking about the mud. No mud flaps what so ever.... Rolling Eyes

Looks like it is priced fair. Still think it needs to be proven before everyone sings its praises.

Thats a surprise they priced it to compete with the rzr's, but then i guess they had to to be competitive.

Not a bad looking machine,I like where the air intake is located, and the roll cage looks like it is reinforced in bends..also great idea on the side nets the way they latch..

What could be a problem,is where the eng. is located--maybe make this machine a hot box,but on the good side the way the bed tilts should make clean up much easer than the RZR..

that big a motor between the seats will be hot for sure, not sure about liking the fly by wire throttle, hate to have it pull a toyota up on some ridge 729242

I agree Gunny, my new Street Glide has it and it just doesn't feel and respond the same to me. Needless to say what would happen down on trail 12 and it decides to go out.

I think it is probably a good start for them in the sxs market though.
