Front Diferenntial

There she blows! Had some issues with front dif and 4wd since Brimstone. I guess the problem will soon be fixed. Today when I went to climb out of a hole the front end started popping. Then when I went to climb a slick hill in 4wd a very loud bang came from the front dif. The input pinion or the case gave way. Oil all over the trail was a good indicator that I had a FUBAR moment. Aftermarket warranty should cover it, I hope. Will take her into shop tomorrow for this issue and the engine burning a quart of oil about every 40 miles.

If you want a permenant fix order the JJ&A Racing sprague carrier. Other
aluminum carriers are made outta 6061 billet aluminum. JJ&A are made
out of a much tougher 7075 T-6 hard coated aluminum that will not fail!!!

Those seem pretty tough, but I got almost 3000 miles out of a factory setup. Unless they fail to cover it I will just stay with factory.

Triel if you decide to go with an aluminum cage I have a Super ATV one. Never installed, $65.00 shipped.
