To our members, Please read. To a new begininng

ChrisC and I want to move the forum into a new positive direction, we want our old and new members to have a place to enjoy and share their love of off road riding, SXS's polaris or other brands they own. Friendly joking around is fine as long as all parties involved are ok with it and you all know what we mean, just dont take things to the point of personal attacks or anger. ,but To those that might want to disrupt, start shit or stir up problems with us or other members you will be gone, if you got a problem with us or some one then you can work it out in pms not but not on the forum.   So, We ask that you give the forum another chance and join us and post your pictures, ride videos, jokes, stories or whatever else is on your mind.  

We welcome any comments or suggestions on things you might want to make the forum a better experience for all of us!

   

 

The bad elements are going to be weeded out , Starting today....  
No more messing around , you get out of line , BANG your Gone.....

With "new" people logging on we know who they could be and they will be closely monitored, since we cant and dont want to ban anybody unjustly as long as they respect the forum and the rules they will be allowed to post but there will be no warnings for stepping over the line. So we encourage any new members to review the rules and the main content of this topic.

Ok for all you supporting the new beginning here I wanted to let you in on whats going on, turns out jerrzr was busy, he signed in under one or more names, ridealot being one of them, so being he was banned at members request a long time ago it was not productive to let him stay.So he has been removed once again. We also made the registering as a member more restrictive to slow down and hopefully stop the foolishness. We also opened up the forum for viewing by guests with a few restrictions on what guests could see, they cant see our upcoming ride topic, or the picture or video sections. Hopefully seeing and reading the other topics will get new members interested in what we have here to join and not just have people join to find out we are not what they want and leave. Any suggestions you guys have to better the forum, please post them or pm me or chrisc with them. thanks

 

Gunny, so what you are saying is that guests can read the forum but are not allowed to post, correct? And what does a guest now need to do if he/she wishes to join the forum? Are there topics that only members can view?

Yes guests can read 90% of the forum but cant post, we did this because we had just last week guests reading the then limited front page from, the uk, china and several western states so we opened it up so they can read the stories, and many topics, we kept the official ride topic and pictures and videos for members only, to join a person just needs to join as usual but they must be approved by chris or me before they are made members. If any member has a friend who wants to join and they are willing to vouch for them being who they say they are then send us a pm and we will add them right in.  

     

I set the forum up where guests can read the forum , but can not post of reply.
That way everyone can see what is going on.  Only members can post.
As for new member. you can only be accepted in the forum after you reg by me or gunny ,
So we can try to screen out bad elements .
Lets just say we are trying to clean things up. I spent a lot of time yesterday deciding what
the public could and could not see. I think i got it worked out.

Needles to say public can not see the eye candy forum...
