Thanks guys.

I was warned not to paint them due to all the scratches they would get anyway.

My plan is to order either 15x22 gold metalflake flames, or some large American flags.

I just hope if I get flames, I can get them on without ruining them. I am not great at peeling those dang things. Very Happy

I just want to cover so much plain aluminum up. I think the flames would go well if the color is close. Otherwise, the flags serve the purpose.
At least the red stripes match my new shocks. cheers

The key to applying large decals is to use the wet method. take a small spray bottle of water and add a few drops of dish washing liquid and spry everything good then you can put it on and position it and work the bubbles out. work as much water as you can out and it will be perfect when it dries. 431114

Those decals have stickum on the backs right? They arent just vinly that are held on by the vacuum? Or are they?

I wouldnt think they would stay on long if they are the latter type. But, whatever works!

How much would it cost to get even larger Southern RZR Rider decals? Like 15 to 18 inch rather than ten?

A lot of you comment on my choice of color.
Ya got to understand that I just traded a camo CanAm, I traded my green diesel trk for a Pearl white one, my wife drives a white Explorer,
before that, I had two black trucks, I drove about ten white police cars and two blacks ones for many many years. I almost forgot, in 1976, I drove a red white and blue police car for several years until it was worn out. That was the Bicentennial and they had several cars painted special.
I bet, no one on here remembers when police cars were black! Very Happy Some psychologist told those at the puzzle palace, that black cars were like cowboys in black hats. Sad The good guys wear white hats! And after that, well, you see what happened. Rolling Eyes

Sorry for getting off topic a little.

yes they would be regular adhesive backed decals, the wet method is the only way to apply them and end up with out bubbles everywhere.
