| When I installed a lift on my RZR-S the ride quality went out the window. I had loosened the pre-load till they were loose enough to shake with my hands and still too stiff. Many of us have been working on this issue and new high dollar shocks seemed to be the only answer. Then I met Tim with Custom Suspension and all that story changed. He first started with a re-valve on the Foxes and that helped tremendously, but we came to a point that my stock springs and bump rubbers were being too inconsistent and un-predictable. He ordered a slightly different rated springs and bump rubbers and really sweetend the ride. The best part of working with Tim and Custom Suspension is that they ride the same style of trails that we do. They are not a California company building shocks for the sand dunes. My buggy has been finely tunned for the rocky, muddy, off-camber stuff that I love. I will have to snap a few pix when I get it cleaned up in a day or so. Slightly new look, but an unbelieveable smooth ride! Thanks guys! | |

| Some interesting pix I snapped during the testing and rebuild. First picture the shock is on the spring dyno. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Next the shock only goes on the shock dyno. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]All these little pieces make the magic happen! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

Gunny, give him a call to tell him excatly what you are wanting to improve. A re-valve will be cheaper than a complete rebuild with springs and bump-rubbers. I will recommend new bump-rubbers with whatever set-up you go with. | |

| Tim is a super guy. I spend a half day with him this past Sunday tuning my shocks on my new "S". We set up (2) sets of shocks. Huge improvement for sure. If any one is on the fence about doing this, it's the best bang for the $$$. | |

| Tim, Knows his He is one of the best shock guys around has made a major improvement to mine. We have it setup with shocks and springs to give me enough ground clearance without a lift kit. They ride alot better without a lift kit. Best money I ever spent. | |

| I can't even explain the difference!!!!!! The Walkers are the stiffest shock on the market and Tim made them ride like a Cadillac!!!!! With out the lift! | |
