Subject: Gas tank vent line Mon Oct 25, 2010 12:33 pm
A friend ran out of gas the other day in his 2010 RZR S. There was something up close to the neck, down inside the fill nozzle. Ended up the dealer had routed his vent line incorrectly and it had close up. The fuel pump pulled the gas out of the tank and collapsed it. Bottom line, make sure your vent line is unrestricted!

Another one to think about. When Mason got his back from the dealer, after he had the transmission worked on, we were riding and his vent tube had fuel siphoning out of it and spilling everywhere. We blew out the line and he didn't have any more problems.
