Jody T and Dan both have this bumper, and both have had to do a lot of reinforcement welding to keep it together!!! All you have to do is search EMP bumper on the Southern SXS Riders forum, there's plenty of detailed pix and discussion on this bumper!

| I got rid of the Polaris bumper after it kept bending back towards the head lights. I went with a SuperATV bumper.

Nothing is going to hold up if you put a strong winch on it and try and pull a overloaded with bolt on crap dead weight sxs up a grade or out of a deep gully . For normal use, they do great, but if you plan on abuse, then pick whatever brand you want to none will hold up, so what im saying is emp stuff is as good as anything out there in the same price range.

I have a lot of their products on mine, windshield, lift ect... and all have held up well, but I really think the bumper could've been a little stronger for it's intended purpose!!! I am not bashing EMP, but clearly stating the facts on this bumper. No one plans the situation in which they have to be winched, sometimes it is dead weight, up a grade or out of a deep gully. Plain and simple the winch mount for my 5000# Viper Elite mounted above the front diff hasn't failed, no matter the amount of strain it's been put under!
