it was 98 degrees here yesterday...
with heat index of 112.....

What its been like where you live?.......

I rode the RZR around yesterday. after about
30 min. My SAC got to hot. i said enough of this shit.
and went back in the house.....

Hot here too. Heat index is suppose to be 105 to 110 today.

My truck read 104 on my way to work this evening on I-85.

94 here today don't know heat index was but hot. went to wagon wheel and rode by my self yesterday. nice breeze blowing not bad in woods or along creek trails. in sun hot. only seen 9 utv's there and maybe 30 4 wheelers the place was empty.

I am kinda the same way...lol I have even been running the A/C in the truck from time to time....

As far as garage you got me because all I have in it for air is a "fan" but it is fully insulated with insulated doors so it ain't to bad..

Yeah home is different! Today our electricity was out for 6hrs and my total of 10 ton AC units didn't do jack! It made me realize how much I take the AC for granted because it really sucked not having It. I'm wanting to get a generator but I dont know much about them. I'm going to have to do some research on them but I would like to get one that runs off my tractors PTO. Do they make such a generator? I have two boxes one is 200amp, and the other 100amp. Can anybody steer me in the right direction?

if my power went out. I would go get in my S-10 and set.
the A/C in that truck is like an ice box.....

yes they make one for pto. northern tool has them. you have to make sure they will carry the load, they have them that cut on when power goes off to. good for winter to if power goes off. and chris c i have ac in my shop to. my ac needs to be bigger for the shop have a 3 ton needs to be 10 ton but better than nothing.

i hope we go back to 12hr shifts soon. but now untill nov i have every sat and sunday off. so i hope to get in some ride time. i will have to study alot for the academy but i think it wont be to bad.
i hope to make it to brimstone this weekend.


as far as the heat goes it sucks. i have no AC in the house! by the time 5 and 6 pm roll around its 80+ in the house. at night i open the windows and put 2 box fans in widows and it cools it off. i do have a window AC unit in the bedroom.

No A/C........
I would go set in the police car and turn on the A/C.....
