| I hate to see anybody have to sell out but sometimes auctions are great opportunities. Lots of deep pockets around here so I'll spread the word--Thanks for posting. |

| Just got a call from Carl. The auction is cancelled, he has sold the place to a couple from Elizabeth town KY, he says they plan to keep the parking available | |

| Everything is the same until the new owners take over sometime next month...Carl said they wanted Parking to remain for ATV/SXS's. You can also park on the TN side at Black House Mountain rd. | |
