The rear diff as been making an intermediate loud grinding sound and at times it has kinda froz up but it does it when ever it wants to. The strange thing about it is that on the first ride it did it, it was way worse and happened more frequently. I've been on two more rides since then and it seems to get better each time...the last ride it hardley made a sound.......Here is vid of whats going on at the diff. This is the right side of the diff where the axle goes in - the vid really sucks but maybe you can see what I'm talking about. The rzr is in park and I'm rocking the rzr back and forth. You can see the axle moving up in down and no doubt causing the seal to leak... do you think its just a matter of new spool bearings? I really dont know what the best thing to do..drive it til it breaks?
